The only thing that made GH better over HR was the location being inside the terminal D.
As many may know here this is one of my favorite full service Hyatts in the world
There are no perfect hotels and sometimes at any given moment they aren't at the top of their game. If I start disliking this property I'm in trouble
This is a crown jewel of airport hotels in this country and ranks up amongst some of the best airport hotels in the word

In my decades of staying with Hyatt in particular this individual property has rarely let me down with upgrades or quality food and beverage at breakfast
With all due respect
What in your opinion is so much better out there in an airport hotel if this is so over hyped?
My expectation is a good high quality/standard guest room which it provides
Usually they upgrade to a jr suite or better regardless if on revenue or award without asking or prompting which is exceeding terms and conditions
A great Diamond breakfast exceeding most Hyatt's worldwide
Outstanding room service right up to closing
Awesome choices in the self serve for purchase main lobby
Diamond amenities as typically expected or quite frankly better
Great in house made chocolate
Good European style macaroons
Killer location in DFW

Most team members seem to care and are fun to converse with and genuinely seem interested in me
Sure I've met a few slackers but they were in the clear minority

What makes you feel special and what do you feel particularly lacks here?
I wish they had a hotel like this in Downtown Dallas!
