What I do more frequently is book the room under my name and put in the guest's name in the special requests/notes area as the person who will be checking in. A few of us here (myself included) have stayed at the Clarion IFSC and it is a great hotel, especially at the current point rate.
To be safe, you might want to call Choice Customer Service and inform them of the situation, and that you have already put the name(s) in the comments section. Should be no big deal.
