Yes.

I can verify this happened to me on BA.com about 2 years ago. I was pricing flights on BA.com from London to Brisbane. I got one price. I checked the direct price to Sydney, to see if it was cheaper to go there and buy a domestic flight up. It wasn't. Had a look at the BNE price again and it had gone up and was now dearer than the SYD flight.

Opened up another browser and the price to BNE was now what I saw originally. I repeated the SYD then BNE searches and the price rose again. I cleared my cookies and cache after each search and the price then stayed at the original lower level.

These were for Xmas time flights being booked in the preceding Jan/Feb so I don't know if they were being targeted or trialled for dynamic demand pricing. But I now always clear cookies, in fact I have one browser that doesn't allow any cookies and when I have a price and ready to buy I open up another one that does store cookies.
