In principle the technology either exists or could easily be made to exist. But substantial research to determine whether or not browsing habits really do successfully indicate willingness to pay on third-party products has not been conducted or at least it has not been published.
For example, using a Mac might show that you have lots of disposable income and are hence willing to pay more for travel. But it might also show that you spend all your income on Apple products and consequently buy the cheapest possible travel!
