More Alaska Reservation (Alaska.com) issues.

So with all the problems seems like there are more glitches with U space.

Several days ago I meant to change a flight and of course didn't. So now the flight only had 1 U seat (although not seats sold on the flight). As I really needed to change to that date and I had bought a fairly high fare I was going to just change one of us the U and buy up the other to F. With the refund from the one and the buy up it would have cost me about $130.

So I decide to change the one to U first, go through process no problem, get credit to my wallet. Then I go in and work on the second one with willingness to purchase up to F. Well it says that U is still available even though the other reservation is ticketed/confirmed (received email). So I decide to go ahead and do U for that one. Go through whole process and then it won't allow me to apply upgrade. Call AS and they say no U available. However if I go to make a new booking, either from my computer, another computer, my cell it shows U available for that flight.

Explain this to agent (she is super nice). After being on phone for 30 minutes we both are in U.

Very strange. It seems they must have somehow set all U to a maximum of 1 while they fix all these problems.
