Some major IT fail is happening behind the scenes.

On the 5th we managed to make it home YYZ-YYC. It seems AC doesn't think
we made that flight. Maybe that is why our bags got left behind in YYZ?
(they have since been recovered and delivered).

Anyways, since then AC has sent 3 SMS, each time rebooking us on new flights... current rebooking is for the morning of the 9th!

(I wonder if this is related to us having been upgraded on the original
flight. I guess one never knows with the outdated software they run).

Added later: I expect this IT failure to extend to miles accruel. Don't lose those BP's!
