maybe common knowledge to some and probably discussed elsewhere but would someone tell me who does what at Pearson between GTAA and AC? for example when bags are not unloaded and put on carrousel, is that AC staff or GTAA staff?
I assume snow removal around gates is GTAA... and groomers are hired by AC...
