If you want to pay the annual fee for the Executive card, you should be able to get it 8+ days after getting the Platinum card. We have very few datapoints on the Executive card because of the high annual fee which is not waived.
Just to make sure that I understand what you are saying (ref my highlighted areas above) ... Are you indicating that I can get 2 application bonuses if I wait 8+ days between the applications or that I need to wait the 8+ days just to separate the applications to make sure I get the fee waived on the Platinum card?
