76L - Minimum Crew Requirements

Hi All,

I was just wondering if anyone is aware of the minimum crew requirements on the 76L?

Flew home on DL64 (ATL-MAN) on Sunday and from what I could see, there were only five FA's (3 in Y). Unfortunately, this meant that the service was painfully slow and inattentive, with the service not finishing until well over 3 hours into the flight. We were sat in EC and we'd been finished eating for around an hour before trays were collected, whilst rubbish from the post-dinner beverage service wasn't collected at all. There was only one male FA on our side of the plane who was clearly overworked, having to juggle two trollies, he didn't get any help until the service had finished in business class.

The flight was completely full, and to have such a low number of FA's seems ridiculous.

I'm sure it met the minimum from a safety point of view, but it really wasn't good from a passenger perspective. If there was a crew issue, I'm glad the flight wasn't cancelled, but I just hope that this isn't/doesn't become regular practice.
