Just thought I'd pass along this link comparing the new vs old crew rest requirements. I think this might drive more "crew rest" delays. AND..crew running out of time during IROPS. Link is dated 12/11...this FAR went into effect 1/1/14. Not specifically DL related...but, interesting.
