SAS Android App - Joy and Pain

Hi all,

I have to say I really like the SAS App, it is besides the LH app on my mobile one of the best working airline apps I use(*) and not one of the sad web-frontends like the apps from Swiss or Austrian.

Anyway I see that it is full of bugs - and with every release I see something else is working but things which worked before are now broken.

They seem to add new features with questionable usefulnes like the new "Explore" feature (which by the way doesn't work at all for me ) but neglegt to fix bugs which are really annoying.

I'm from IT and worked in development jobs before I really can't understand how it could be that difficult to test and fix the releases.

Anyway I'm not complaining because in 90% it seems to work well and I like using it - but I would like to file bug reports to help the SAS IT team to fix the issues. Does anybody have an idea?

Recent example:

I have a flight coming up today on CPH->FRA->SZG and checked in via the app.

Still the app shows the first segement as "Open for checking" the second segment as "Boarding pass available". In my boarding pass storage I have both boarding passes but on the leg FRA->SZG my status is not SK*G, it is SK*B?

(*) I have only SAS, LH, LX and OS on my phone as these are the airlines I use frequently
