Thought about renting with Sixt PHX and asked (via Facebook) what kind of convertibles/upgrades would be available as DIA when booking STAR (convertible).
Response (via email) came back within 24h with generous (CLAR->XCAR/XFAR) offer ^^
I won't look for other offers now.
