LHR -> DXB redemption flight - worth it?
Okay, so assuming I can find a redemption flight that is convenient for me in the next 12 months for the LHR -> DXB route in economy, it'll cost me in the region of 350GBP in airline fees and taxes plus 40,000 Avios.

Or, I could book an equivalent economy flight on Emirates for around 390 GBP all in and get Skywards miles.

Which is the better deal in my situation?
