Does anyone know what the minimum crew rest overnight for Skywest?

I have a flight at 07:10 and the incoming aircraft was scheduled to arrive at 0:17 and is delayed scheduled to arrive at 1:22. United.com says my flight is on a schedule but I remember in the old days flying out of the express jet outposts in the southeast the crew would get in late the night before and it wouldn't show a delay until right before the flight was supposed to leave. Surely there's another crew to handle my flight and not the guys/ladies working the last flight tonight with less than 7 hours between the orig sched flights?
