An understanding agent at the SFO GFL lounge? That lounge is known as probably the most difficult to access in the entire UA system.

And since she will not be flying a qualifying international UA flight, the UA access rules are irrelevant. Nor is there anything particularly unclear about them. Certainly not with respect to this scenario.
