But, that's not how it works. It doesn't matter when you paid for anything. Many people carry a balance for example. The points are earned on spending, and are credited to your Chase account at closing each month.
As was pointed out above, you should have 12 months of individual Chase point deposits into your RR account (assuming activity each month). What you're suggesting would mean you would have 13.
