Sorry, but my thinking on this is a very straight line:
I bought things using the SW RR CC IN 2013,

I paid the bill for all of those things IN 2013. The payments all posted to my CC account well before 12/31/13.

I believe that I EARNED the required 110,000 POINTS IN 2013 because I actually paid over $112,000 from 1/1/13 to 12/31/13.
