Thanks Alexis, I actually have 3 Points earning credit cards already and do alot of spending for work. TD Already switched me over to their new Aeroplan one at the start of the year when I called in regarding something else and gave me the welcome points and FYF (Just learned that term) So I don't think unless I churn cards I could get enough for all business class, I am looking to fly 5 people out.

My biggest thing is the taxes... With Aeroplan it's about $900 per person with AC and about $400 with United. I can buy seats including taxes for about $2000. And I would rather go through the states just to break up the trip.

Sometimes Aeroplan shows US Routings, sometimes it doesn't

I'm based in Edmonton and trying to go to Sydney, With AC It's YEG>YVR>SYD
On United it seems YEG>LAX or SFO>SYD
