Saudia recently changed their website, so if you get an error, just try again, and it reroutes your request via their old site.
This is hilarious, UA is opaque about their own ticket data, but Saudia offers detailed e-ticket lookup functionality for any airline. They might notice the uptick in server traffic related to 016 tickets and try to block UA the way the latter did to EF, Award Wallet, etc. (I know, not a perfect analogy, but it did bring some irony to mind).
