Can you provide a link to the "Saudia" website? I've seed it referenced before and I searched through this thread and the 2014 MP thread but didnt find it.

Click on "Manage Bookings," then click on "e-Ticket." Use the eTicket number found on your receipt and input it into the website (remember to split the first three numbers and the rest of the ticket number into the two boxes for eTicket number).
Saudia recently changed their website, so if you get an error, just try again, and it reroutes your request via their old site.
