If you get a northern approach on 4-27 You can see the farm off near elk grove.
Dielsel is likely stored onsite in underground tanks, even if they are using diesel2 and not winter blend. it shouldn't gel, even though there are ways to treat that anyways.

My guess is the tanks aren't frozen itself but more the lines feeding.
