Hi all,
Great to see a return to this thread so thanks to all for taking the time to answer our many queries. My particular one is for any CC out there...
To put it mildly, Mrs BF doesn't really like flying. As a result she can be very withdrawn whilst on board leading to her not saying very much. I am conscious that occasionally this may come across to CC as standoff-ish or even rude (eg, pleases and thank yous going amiss) , so my question is two fold:
1) Would this bother CC?
2) What is the best way for me to make it clear to CC that it is not intentional and really Mrs BF is quite lovely? (without embarrassing Mrs BF!)

Why not just say she does not like flying and then they definitely will completely understand.
To be honest we do often get people that don't communicate much, and often it has nothing to do with not liking flying, so it won't bother the cabin crew if she comes across a bit standoff-ish, we take it in our stride.
