I used all my charm to get the agent to rebook me after standing in line at aisle N after my flight was cancelled. It was rather incredible to be told by the AC agents to go on line to make the change, only to have the message from the "tool" say see an agent or call AC. After 2 disconnects, and waiting an hour in total, my phone battery died.
The agent took pity on me.
