You can try ITA Matrix. Doesn't quite do everything you are looking for, but will reduce the leg work considerably. Search geographically (ie pick an airport on the west coast, east coast, central Europe, etc) and then check the box under advanced options to expand the search to 2500miles around that airport. You will have to do a separate search for each geographic location. Or if you know the airport codes of your top destinations just plug those in instead.
