same issue as you. stayed there a month ago and they refused to give highest internet speed as complimentary. i had to argue with them at check-out ("sir, we only give the slowest option free") and eventually raised a file with spg customer service, who compensated me. the manager wrote to me and said the staff would undergo "retraining"

other observations: staff still clueless about 15% spg dining discount, had to fight at check out to get that honoured

the property is not fantastic, it's fine for a one or two night stay but there are better options. nonetheless, work requires me to be back there next weekend. who wants to bet that i'll undergo the same internet saga again?
