Lost Baggage But Who at EK to Contact?
Four of us flew CMB-DXB-CDG-LHR-SEA in F this last Thurs.
Arrived SEA to find 2 of the 6 bags missing. Opened a file with BA and they have determined the last place the bags were scanned was DXB. Unfortunately my attempts to contact EK have all failed. The chat system put me on hold, then cut me off. Attempts to reconnect yielded an error message that they aren't taking calls because they are overloaded. Calling is the same. I've been on hold for over an hour with the reservations number which is the only one I can find and it just cut me off. Great.
Does EK have a dedicated baggage number? How about a customer service line? Perhaps a first class line similar to BA's YouFirst?
Is there any way to contact these guys?
