It depends on the hotel. They upgrade you if it's available. Its also possible that the hotel only has one room type. Some hotels do the minimum for IHG members where others do a lot more
Yeah I understand that - just wasnt sure if those hotels were supposed to be issuing points vouchers as well or if the upgrade susperceeds the points voucher hence why it's not offered or mabey crowne plaza and staybridge just dont offer points vouchers?
