I was successfully able to use the online rebooking tool a few weeks ago to rebook a flight that was made via a corporate travel agent (CWT). It was a 2 segment domestic trip where the first segment had been cancelled and I needed to rebook both segments. Given the track record with AC IT, I was shocked when it worked.
