Immigration lines, mostly. The worst used to be returning to the US, but now Global Entry has basically eliminated that hassle.

Hotel check in times that seem to creep later and later into the afternoon, so that even domestically if I land in the late morning I can't check in until 3pm unless I have status with the particular hotel chain.
