Agree with previous two posts on this great Hyatt property. We took a budget taxi in from KLIA and arrived in 45 minutes (granted, on a Sunday afternoon). The club lounge staff is friendly (perhaps a bit too much so). The Petronas Towers water fountain show from the club lounge is spectacular, but you should walk down to view it from the ground (with music!). FYI, their steam room is currently closed. No word on when it will re-open.
