Agreed with the posters above. If you have the funds, pay the cash, eliminate the CC balances, and stop paying interest.

Then, and only if you have enough money to cover it, do you start doing MS with credit cards. Although, if you've been living with 11k+ in CC debt for long I'd recommend cooling off, going a few months without any CC debt and seeing what life is life w/o plastic for a bit.
