Any kind of rebooking can score you a free "upgrade" like this, if the agent isn't following procedure. I've had this happen in IRROPS and for a simple SDC. I'm more interested in the upgrade implications than the miles though
Lets keep talking about this, so it will go away and we can blame ourselves.
