The current offer is for 25,000 points. The important thing about Chase matching an offer is that the date is 90 days from card approval, not card activation. I was lucky enough to get my Freedom matched to the new 20,000 point bonus, even though my card was approved outside of the 90-day window (obviously, a YMMV situation).
