Just do random same day changes, even for a flight 15 min later. As long as you're willing to pay the $75, you have a great chance at getting a free upgrade. Or, whenever you see a weather alert, change flights, the odds of getting into M or Latitude are phenomenal if you pick a busy flight. You also have a good chance of getting into Z if you were already upgraded!!
