Having trouble now with the "try this" call link in the wiki of this thread. Worked well this morning -- I only had to wait about 50 minutes before I got an agent. But just a few minutes ago I tried using it again and an automated voice refused to put me in the queue and disconnected me. Repeated attempts had the same result. Anyone else having luck with it as of now?
