No. They reduced the weight of the aircraft to the point where they met the normal performance criteria for takeoff. In this case, the airplane was likely all ready light enough due to the relatively light load on board and the light fuel load. The runway is over 6000' long. It isn't a particularly short runway for a very lightly loaded jet.
