Yup.

Note lack of EK award listed from Asia to Middle East. If AS does not list an award you cannot book it. Since AS is USA-based and not part of an alliance, they see no need to give (for instance) Australians cheap ways to fly F to Europe by buying miles (coughUSAirwayscough).
