Being a DL Gold you can use either the AF lounge (since you are Elite Plus) or the AZ lounge (which would be the only one accessible to you if booked in Magnifica without status).
There is no such thing as a 2-1-3 config on Alitalia aircraft. There's only two configs at the moment:
- all 777 and all new A330: 1-2-1 config that may show weird on some GDS because it's alternated (you will see what I mean on board)
- Older A330 (two planes, EI-DIP and EI-DIR with Air One livery): 2-2-2 older seats. I got wind that these are going to be reconfigured to the new class, too, finally.
I would guess you are on an older A330 that will be reconfigured, and whoever gave you the info didn't know how to read the seat map.
