I guess I just don't get the upscale steakhouse thing even after eating at several of them. The best restaurant steak I've had in the USA was at
Shaw's steakhouse, and I've had much better tasting beef at various churrascarias in Brazil. Also normally better home cooked over charcoal.
Never EVER will
any steakhouse be my first choice when eating out, and I love steak. It's too easy to outdo them at home.
