There are no electronic monitors giving you an estimated wait time for Customs and Immigration. Also it would be nice to have more Arrivals Lounges located after Customs and Immigration for those who are not part of an airline lounge to take a shower, eat, rest etc while waiting for their connection etc.

Also it would be nice to have a Tourist Office located in the Arrivals Hall with maps, public transportation passes etc. For instance a nice incentive would be "Show your Boarding Pass and Passport for non residents and we'll give you your first ride on the subway/bus free". Or show your Passport and Boarding Pass and we'll discount your Museum Pass by 15 percent".
