Top-up miles when booking ticket?
Hello all,

I am about 6K short to book an award and don't have any miles flying in soon... So I'd like to do one of the top-ups at booking - 10K for $190 + I believe. Does this still exist? How do I go about adding this on? Can I add it on to an existing booking? What if I change the flight (ie. book online for closer destination that I can "afford" and then call in to change, pay to top up)? That way I could avoid the telephone ticketing fee.
