I agree that it is not looked at much or used for much aside from meal ordering for f/c.
As a 1K, I have sat next to GS members and seen either a CRM or ISM specifically come up to them upon boarding and asking if everything is all set, do they need anything, etc.
GS award flight question:
If I book an award flight for my daugher using my miles, can I apply the upgrade (RPU) to her award flight or just one's that I am flying?
