Question regarding routings.
BA 173 has just flown over my part of the world in the Peak District and is now making its way over the Lake District.
AA 101 took off from LHR flew across South Wales and is now currently just south of Dublin.
Both flights are LHR - JFK, So why the 2 completely different routings after departure.
It depends on the planned NAT TRACK routing filed in the flight plan. There are several tracks for West and East bound traffic over the North Atlantic everyday. See today's by clicking here
