It looks like AA30 flew to IAD - JFK last night, according to FlightAware
Flightaware also shows 2 entries for it, 930-950PM, and 933-1020PM
Under "normal" conditions the taxi line at JFK T8 can be huge--no "staging area" for waiting taxis...throw in a snow storm the waiting times could easily stretch to an hour.
[In another thread, re this issue, some posters suggested going "upstairs" to the arrival area, and flagging a cab at that spot.]
