Having literally just de-planed at LAX from 53K, I can say that I loved the plane... Spent a lot of time admiring the left hand front toilet with banquette in it... Very quiet... so much so that the air con was louder than the engines on take off.

Service ok but as a seasoned First Traveller it was always going to be a let down! Announcements were confused in nature, so again I would agree that the crew were inexperienced. However, they were really proud of the plane and told me on regular intervals to go and explore!

Best part of the entire day was a deserted immigration hall at LAX though, sorry!

Looking forward to HKG in First in a couple of weeks.
