Discount taxis to the airport were popular until about 2.5 years ago, when long distance cab rates were reduced. Now, pre-negotiated fares aren't much less than meter; and definitely not the 30% off one used to see. And you shouldn't count on the cabbie offering to take you to the airport at a discount these days.
