Thanks everyone for your replies, i already was leaning towards JFK anyway since i prefer to use jetblue.I like to suggestions about the metro but i think the shuttle will be alot easier because i goes directly to penn station and it isnt that expensive only $16 but maybe on my way back i will try public transport
