Because my DSLR is smaller than your 5DmII, I have the medium Haven. I think you would need the large.

I Swear by the Haven, primarily because it allows your to make your camera bag look like a regular backpack and not scream i have $5k worth of electronics in here.

As for Sizing, I'm able to fit my D800+85/1.8+35/1.4+other lens (14mm/2.8|105/2.8) snugly in the medium haven.
