Going in early November for 12 days - flying into and out of Punta Cana.

We are a couple (27), want something all inclusive preferably adults only! budget around US$2500 max, but prefer closer to 2000. That said, don't want to limit ourselves if that won't get us somewhere nice. We'd like somewhere to relax, not somewhere rowdy, and somewhere low-rise, not tower blocks, so I guess not somewhere TOO big, but enough restaurant choices. (Not at all fussy, promise)

Any suggestions?
