Grocery shopping near T5

I have some LHR transits to westbound TATLs (USA) coming up. I’ve chosen to lay over at the Sofitel; so have some hours at my disposal. I’d be grateful for some advice.

I like to pick up some ‘essential’ groceries when in the UK. Stuff like Chunky Kit Kats, Garners Pickled Onions, Angel Delight, Maltesers. I’d also like to smuggle some Fray Bentos Steak and Kidney Puddings into the US but I can’t get them into the condoms. Can someone kindly recommend a large supermarket (preferably Tesco) which is easily reached from T5: preferably by public transport?

Also, any good dinner recommendations would be highly appreciated. Something rather ‘British’ would be nice: a curry, a kebab, a burger. Certainly something less formal than the Sofitel’s fare would fit my evening appetite best (leaving room for a Chunky Kit Kat).
